9/11 Families to President Trump: Saudis Still Must Be Held Accountable

WASHINGTON – On Tuesday, in response to President Donald J. Trump’s increasing focus on securing greater Saudi investment in the United States, 9/11 Families United released the following statement renewing its call for full transparency and accountability regarding the Kingdom’s involvement in the 9/11 Attacks.

“We know the President is enthusiastic about Saudi economic investments in the United States, but the 9/11 families will not stay silent while the Saudis keep denying their involvement with the terrorist attacks that destroyed our families,” said Terry Strada, National Chair of 9/11 Families United. “The President may want us to ‘move on,’ but there is no chance of that happening until the Saudis cease their decades-long lies about the role that their agents and institutions played in the murder of our loved ones.”
